AGARTALA, Dec 23 (TIWN): Kamalasagar Kasbakali Temple is one of the tourist destinations in the state. Every day tourists from various areas used to gather the Temple premises but the gathering slowly declining and crowds are not like before.
Reportedly, Kamala View Tourist Lodge in the premises of Kamalasagar Temple and cafeteria has been handed over to a private owner. Resulting, the cafeteria has been covered with a fence. Not only that, various beautiful flower gardens like before are unable to notice.
3-4 times more the car parking cost is being deducted from the tourist's pocket, which is reportedly Rs 50. On the other hand the bikers and the drivers with passengers facing troubles due to the dilapidated condition of the road.
A driver alleged due to the terrible road condition their vehicles often getting disturbed resulting often maintenance is needed but as per maintenance costing the drivers have not much income. The drivers demanded the road be repaired immediately.
Oppositely, the traders are reluctant to open their mouths against the horrible shape of Kamalasagar Kasbakali Temple.
Few educated people think that if the situation continues like this, then it would not take long time the Kasba Kali Temple will left with zero tourists.
