AGARTALA, Sep 25 (TIWN): 22 CPI-M Party workers have been murdered in Tripura in the last 3 years of the BJP Govt. Also amid the ongoing violence, opposition party offices burning incidents Tripura has remained at the top list. The September 8 incident was the biggest political rioting day self-conducted by BJP workers (recorded in camera). On the other hand, the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) reported that Tripura is on the top of the list for political riots. The data has become necessary to display amid ruling BJP Govt’s consistent attempts to deny increasing crime reports in the state. At the same time, unregistered / or denied to be registered cases are flourishing like ever before. In Tripura a culture erupted where in night hours opposition families are attacked by bikers and they loot, vandalize, sometimes burn houses to create political terror in the state.
Even after having evidences, police can not arrest the ruling party and the state has maliciously expertized the police to arrest opposition workers in false cases after any clash or attack but nowhere BJP workers are arrested which is evident in Sept 8 incident where in broad daylight BJP workers attacked various offices, including media houses, set fire in those offices and also torched vehicles. Not a single arrest was done in those cases.
