AGARTALA, Sep 15 (TIWN): After TMC, now CPI-M's rally was cancelled by Police which was scheduled to be held on September 16, 2021.

Former Minister Tapan Chakraborty told media that CPI-M MLAs decided to protest at Orient Chowmuhani on 16th September for 2 hours (from 11 am to 1 pm) but yesterday night police told CPI-M that its rally can not be held due to the Viswakarma puja ahead.

The CPI-M MLA said that they will submit a fresh application to conduct the rally. 

On the contrary, when TMC, CPI-M did not get any permission to organize rallies, BJP is organizing statewide programmes.
