AGARTALA, Aug 13 (TIWN): Trinamool heavyweight leaders have landed in state Tripura after 7 persons were arrested and many Trinamool leaders were booked by police allegedly with fabricated cases and fake charges imposed upon them. All the leaders came in Tripura have slammed Biplab Deb led administration alleging a "Jungle Raj" is going on in state. The Trinamool leaders raised question why instead of 'Attackers' the 'Attacked' persons are arrested ? Talking to media MP Abir Biswas said , "A Jungle Raj is going on in this state under BJP and no law and order is existing in Tripura". Trinamool Lok Sabha MP Pratima Mondal said, "In Bengal under Mamata Banerjee Sushashan is going on and we will establish Sushashan in Tripura too". Bengal Education Minister Bratya Basu informed media that total 10 MPs have arrived in Tripura today and Trinamool has started 'Pocket Joining' campaigning (with small gatherings) across the state from today as Covid related various fabricated cases have been imposed already on Trinamool whenever any gathering is seen.

Around 40 persons had joined Trinamool today but police did not allow Trinamool to organize the whole gathering. At the same time, BJP today held a thousand people's gathering in Agartala but Trinamool did not get 40 people's gathering permission. 

Bengal Minister Bratya Basu has condemned the role of Tripura Govt which is openly displaying partial attitudes to ruling and the opposition.

To tackle such legal issues which were created by police due to political pressure, Trinamool has started "pocket joining" programmes. Bratya Basu said, this "pocket joining" programme will bring results one day.

On the other hand, BJP State President Manik Saha said, "There is no barrier for any programme but Trinamool is falsely alleging these things as they don't have any support in Tripura". 

Trinamool MP Abu Taheb said, "BJP's Attack and Dhikkar-Michil Drama will not work out to suppress TMC voices. TMC will form Next Govt in Tripura. The BJP had received a befitting reply in West Bengal 2021 Assembly Poll and no exception will happen in case of Tripura too. BJP is a communal party and is poisoning the whole nation and in Tripura it has been continuing its tortures, brutality on the common men since its victory in this state. Our leader Abhishek Banerjee was attacked and our party members, even the driver also were attacked severely in Tripura by BJP goons. We had overthrown the Communists and same we have done with the BJP also. So, it is a clear message to BJP that by threatening, arresting and attacking Trinamool Congress can not be retreated".

Trinamool MP Aparupa Poddar has countered BJP's propaganda machinery against Trinamool saying, what Trinamool can do everyone has seen in West Bengal 2021 poll, where BJP top leaders with their full efforts could not win over Mamata Banerjee.
