AGARTALA, April 10 (TIWN): Tripura Royal Scion Pradyot Manikya's reply to BJP's violence and attacks with non-violence gestures, inviting BJP, IPFT, Congress members to join TIPRA Motha was his first Masterstroke after poll victory and now on the very day, the second Masterstroke by Pradyot Manikya has been given to ensure no Fund-Deprivation to halt ADC's development under political conflicts and competitions. He announced both the funding and the expenditure will be displayed on a website which will make things transparent. Under the CPI-M Govt even though CPI-M had alleged that Modi Govt had slashed funding under various sectors but the then ADC Council did not have any proper data to present it before the public through a proper medium but now TIPRA Motha which is going to form a Govt in the ADC has announced about launching of website to ensure public can check the funding, expenditure through online.

Pradyot Manikya clearly said, "I don't have any idea what is going on in ADC and how the funds are given. Let us check everything and then the expenditure and fund flows both will be made public". 

If BJP had come in power in ADC, there was a high risk of JUMLA again as it is Tripura CM Biplab Deb who on the one side was saying that there are massive funding in ADC but on the other side in Govt programmes, even in High Court programme he alleged "fund crisis". Before the election also, crores of budget arrangement was promised and in the State budget it was written how much ADC will be paid. Moreover, the Govt claimed about 90% to 95% of MGNREGA works were done in the last financial year but now everything will have to be transparent if TIPRA Motha party is strict to its promise about financial transparency through the website.   

 "I will not allow Corruption and Financial Mismanagement in TTAADC................", said Pradyot Manikya.
