AGARTALA, March 26 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb who earlier said that High Court had dismissed 10323 teachers plea of Protest Permission has now received embarrassment as High Court's judgement copy said totally the opposite.
CM's statement came before the Judgement copy was given by Court. He said at Khowai that High Court also realized that his Govt has no fault for 10323 teachers job-loss and thus 10323 teachers' protest is illegal.
"What Chief Minister has said, I did not listen but High Court's verdict is in support of demonstration and police have to permit by 28 hours when 10323 teachers will appeal. Better police should read the judgement", said Purushottom Roy Barman.

Purushottom Roy Barman has said that High Court expressed surprises over Police's outlook about peaceful protest.
Addressing media at Agartala City Centre premise, 10323 teacher Bijoy Krishna Saha said, "Tripura Chief Minister who is propagating that High Court has cancelled our protest plea just spreading lies. Yesterday, we have received Judgement copy where Honourable Justice Subashish Talapatra's verdict has proven that our Chief Minister is totally lying standing in the Assembly. The judgement which was not given also, but holding a constitutional post, how the Chief Minister is spreading lies on judgement is just unacceptable. We went to High Court as the SDPO did not permit us for protest".
