AGARTALA / KOLKATA, Feb 23 (TIWN): After Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb claimed in West Bengal that his Govt in Tripura has hiked teachers' salaries from 4th Pay Commission to 7th Pay Commission, Netizens have reminded Biplab Deb "Jhut Bole Kawa Kaate". Netizens have trolled Biplab Deb as in reality in Tripura, lots of terminations of contractual employees happened and not a single DA was paid since 3 years. Moreover, ESMA law has been imposed to cut off the voice of the Govt employees. Only a Pay Matrix was announced but not even 1% salary of the employees were hiked and merely 0.32 % salary in 2018 was last hiked. New employees are deprive of pension-facilities as the BJP Govt has removed the life-time pension facility for the new job joiners. Right now, only in West Bengal the lifetime pension system is existing for the newcomers in Govt Jobs. Since BJP Govt has taken charge, massive pending DAs have erupted resentment among the Govt employees and heavy anger aroused among the teachers who did not get a single DA since BJP Govt in power, whereas earlier annually twice DA was given.

Opposition parties leaders have lashed out at the BJP over pending DAs after merely 0.32% hike in the name of 7th Pay Commission. BJP pre-poll speeches, advertisements are viral in social media now. One the one side, said, Govt is saying that there is no fund crisis but on the other side, there is no attempt to clear the pending DAs of the Govt employees.
