NSV school student brutally beaten by teacher, hospitalized : SFI submits deputation

Agartala, November 12 (TIWN): A student was brutally beaten by a school teacher. This time it had happened in the heart of the city in a renowned school, Netaji Subhas Vidyaniketan. The student was admitted to GBP hospital. However, Students Federation of India (SFI) had submitted a deputation to the Headmaster. Though FIR had been lodged, still the accused was not arrested.

Police sources informed, that the test examination of the H.S(+2) stage was going on Netaji Subhas Vidyaniketan school, a renowned one in the city. After the final bell ringing, Teacher Smt. Krishna Nandi demanded the answer paper from the student Kripa Bhattacharjee. Like everyone, Kripa requested a minute time for last revision. But Mrs. Krishna could not tolerate this. Probably because, she had to rush to the house for personal entertainment. As a result she had brutally beaten Kripa. At one time, teacher had taken kripa to the Headmasters room while beating continuously. In order to tackle the situation. Headmaster had informed the parents of Kripa.

After going to home, Kripa had fallen ill severely. She was immediately shifted to GBP hospital. Still the time of writing news, her condition was still serious. Though FIR was lodged, but the accused was still not arrested.

While, the headmaster, Amulya Chandra Debnath had assured that steps should be taken against the accused teacher. Meanwhile all the necessary arrangements should be provided for Kripa. On the other hand, a five team SFI member had submitted a deputation to the Headmaster and demanded proper investigat
