KAMALPUR, Nov 10 (TIWN) : In the present scam-tainted puzzled situation of administration one after another Department is creating problems for Govt. the situation worsens more when the suppressed facts are being published in media.
According to the last State level review meeting held in back in February this year on the works of Agriculture department. A grave scenario came out from the meeting, according to the minutes. But mysteriously, the ‘Golden’ regime suppressed all the facts.
In the minute it has been clearly said in case of Audit that, “ Department is very reluctant to furnish he Audit reply in time. This is the observation of the Audit team.”
Regarding the AC Bills the meet concluded “ A good number of old AC Bills are pending with DDAs and SAs eg: Kadamtala and Panisagar Agri Sub-Divisions have pending of 33 no.s AC Bills. Above all some SAs are not mentioned the number of AC Bill pending during 2012-2013. In both the cases, the meet requested the concerned officials to do the needful.
The scenario became alarmingly serious in the case of expenditure of allotted money. The meeting dared to list the names of all the SAs probably to suppress the inefficiency of the golden regime. In the minutes it has been mentioned as : “ Expenditure position of some of the SAs are as follows : SA Rajnagar: 60%; SA Bagafa: 60%; SA Mohanpur : 42% and so on. But the list did not show the achievement of all the SAs. And still the leftist regime tries to suppress the failure with the slogan of ‘central deprivation’ and ‘media’s conspiracy’.
