AGARTALA, Feb 18 (TIWN): The serious scams exposed in BJP era under Chief Minister Biplab Deb’s departments may put him in jail in future if anytime the party loses power, as the current BJP Govt has no interest to conduct proper investigation in various scams, when Chief Minister Biplab Deb’s himself is involved directly in various departments.

Indeed, CM recently in a programme said that there is nothing which can be unknown to the Chief Minister.

Apart from luxurious expenditure and unnecessary wastage of funds for CM’s quarter renovation, gym installation which the opposition accused a wastage of crores which CPI-M Govt left in savings (the biggest cost plus, total unnecessary), Biplab Deb has exposed for having nexus with cancer medicine purchasing scam, which was exposed in recent High Court judgments.

Also, under him Northeast Youth festival turned another major corruption den in 2018 where without tender BJP local leaders and few members were benefited. Then CM himself claimed that a single duck-baby costed Rs. 5,000 which were distributed in Neer Mahal. Speeches recorded in videos.

Luxury and helicopters rides, fuel tax scam where PWD failed to smooth roads found involvement of Law Minister Ratanlal Nath too, who came in another allegation of TET-question paper leakage alleged scam.

THE LATEST SCAM : Mumbai based M/s Reliance life style private Ltd. Belongs to Dhirubhai Ambani group is illegally appointed to benefitted from Tripura Govt, after Biplab Deb Govt given tender to them, cancelling Biocon company’s appeal. 

The corruption of Tripura Health Department under BJP's so called Dimond era got exposed in the High Court today. The Chief Justice of High Court A A Kureshi in a hearing ruled out the new Company who has been supplying Medicines for Cancer in GB Hospital without the legal permission of Tripura Cancer Hospital. Cancer Hospital has called a tender for supplying medicines in hospital, where the petitioner of this case ( case no - WPC 1028/2019)  Biocon company had also participated. But as this new company was convinced in lowest rate, the tender was given to them which had no experience earlier. After that Biocon company sent a letter to Tripura Health Department stating that the new company is not having the 3 years manufacturing experience, as per rules. But the Committee of Tripura health Department investigated the whole matter and gave them clean chit led the company to file a petition in the High Court.

On November 27, 2019 on the Division Bench of High Court has disposed the matter of and judgment was in favour of Biocon.
