AGARTALA, Nov 27 (TIWN): Heath Department’s massive corruption today exposed after High Court cancelled illegal allotment of vendor for cancer Hospital. Mumbai based M/s Reliance life style private Ltd. Belongs to Dhirubhai Ambani group is illegally appointed to benefitted from Tripura Govt, after Biplab Deb led Health Ministry given tender to them, after another supplier Biocon company’s appealed against this corruption. Chief Minister Biplab Deb as Minister of Health now directly responsible for this massive corruption. The corruption of Tripura Health Department under BJP's so called ‘HIRA’ got exposed in the High Court today. The Chief Justice of High Court A A Kureshi in a hearing ruled out the new Company who has been supplying Medicines for Cancer in GB Hospital without the legal permission of Tripura Cancer Hospital. Cancer Hospital has called a tender for supplying medicines in hospital, where the petitioner of this case ( case no - WPC 1028/2019) Biocon company had also participated. But as this new company was convinced in lowest rate, the tender was given to them which had no experience earlier. After that Biocon company sent a letter to Tripura Health Department stating that the new company is not having the 3 years manufacturing experience, as per rules. But the Committee of Tripura health Department investigated the whole matter and gave them clean chit led the company to file a petition in the High Court.

Today, on the Division Bench of High Court has disposed the matter of and judgment was in favour of Biocon.

As the tender was given to the new company illegally, thus the High Court cancelled that tender and given it to Biocon.

Question arises, how an inexperienced company can got the tender, and even got the clean chit too from the special investigating team of Tripura Govt?
