AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, Sep 22 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb has inaugurated a new manufacturing unit/plant of AAC Block at infra Developer, Bodhjungnagar Industrial Growth center.

CM announced there that Tripura’s export rate jumped fat Rs. 14.66 crores from previous Govt’s Rs. 6.46 crores’ in compare to 2017-18 of CPI-M Govt and 2018-19 of the BJP Govt.

While addressing on the occasion, Biplab Deb said, “Tripura’s credit ratio which was 48% now has increased at 56%. Why the previous Govt even after ruling for long 25 years halted the growth at only 39% ?”

“It could be taken to 100% but it didn’t happen. The reason behind it was the Govt had no aim to make people independent so that people stay dependent on a Govt”, said Deb.

CM said, the same employees and infrastructure have been handed over to BJP Govt and asked how this new Govt is developing industries with same materials ?

Deb further praised the “single window system” of the new Govt, asking dept’s employees to release public necessaries at the earliest.

“The budget of our Govt is itself a history which has fulfilled target and also set new target”, he said.

“The previous growth rate was 390 crores but our new Govt has taken to 567 crore. Export rate has increased from 2017-18’s Rs. 6.46 crores to Rs. 14.66 crores in 2018-19. This is called growth, this is called development”, said Deb.

In a separate tweet CM said, “Industries play a key role in any State's development & economy. I hope, this plant will contribute to our State's development & generate employment for youths”.
