AGARTALA, Sep 21 (TIWN): Ideological clashes between BJP and IPFT are worsening the relation between two parties day by day in Tripura.

Ahead of ADC election, this tension has generated resentment among both party’s activists.

In last 18 months of the BJP-IPFT Govt uncountable clashes erupted between BJP and IPFT, even BJP MP Rebati Tripura’s house was attacked by IPFT.

Now, after BJP MLA Rampada Jamatia attempted to be murdered, Rampada Jamatia raised question, how a party expects all facilities from the aligned Govt and will be fighting with the Govt ? The IPFT youth activists have allegedly warned BJP not to enter in hills.

MLA Rampada Jamatia, who is Vice President of Tripura BJP in an address to media at Ambassa BJP Office alleged that while attending a bamboo mission programme under the State Govt at Ganganagar community hall he was attacked by IPFT activists and Ganganagar OC’s role was too suspicious, who even after being informed about life threats on the MLA went to the spot without any weapon.

FIR has been lodged against 10 IPFT activists.

The IPFT also allegedly used abusive words against MLA Rampada Jamatia.

The MLA slammed IPFT giving a stern warning to its leader saying, “Friendship and enmity can not go together. IPFT is getting all benefits from the Govt but again attacking Govt’s MLAs. It is unacceptable”

On the other side, IPFT has written a letter to Delhi, JP Nadda central BJP working president demanding one more IPFT Minister in the cabinet.

NC Debbarma in a press conference said that there are total 12 seats in the cabinet, whereas 9 Ministers were appointed and then one terminated. So total 4 seats are vacated and IPFT should get one of them.
