AGARTALA, Sep 21 (TIWN): Tripura Law Minister Ratanlal Nath who courted various controversies time to time with multiple foolish decisions taken under the Law Dept is indirectly helping to opposition’s support-gain. Recruitment cancellation, calling press conference challenging newspaper office’s shutdown, none of them could be succeeded by the Law Minister rather helped to generate massive anger and negative publicity of the Govt since its establishment. In the High Court, due to Law Dept’s cancellation of recruitments state govt is now facing tough times and one by one orders are passing from High Court for immediate scrapping of ‘recruitments cancellation’ notification. Now Govt is again bound to start recruitment which was cancelled by the Govt itself after holding power.

But Nath goes restless with irritating actions like scolding teachers, students, headmasters, professors, principals in front of dozens of media, his cruel statements against 10323 teachers which only could damage the BJP’s image resulting into the biggest rally of opposition CPI-M just at the 18 month’s of a Govt.

Nath who was also a former Congress MLA gained sympathy recently from the Congress. Congress accused CM Biplab Deb for depriving Ratanlal Nath from court building inauguration programme, which raised eyebrows at his ‘close-relation’ with Congress.

Data revealed, numbers of recruitments were more than terminations which how much has satisfied BJP it’s arbitrary but negative image of the Govt was created by such moves including termination of JICA like projects employees.

Amid all these, Ratanlal Nath’s dept’s anti employee decisions continue to haunt termination of employees.

The wrong decision of decreasing Govt job rates was might be logical, designed for the future but after various attempts of the Govt to prove itself write on curving govt job opportunities could not hold the popularity of BJP Govt as unemployment rate increased than ever higher although Govt data declining unemployment rate.

Analytic question is, data can be manipulated but how vote banks can be manipulated in the long run specially in state like Tripura where literacy rate is highest than anyother Indian state and public’s political knowledge is high.

In the upcoming by-election at Badharghat, the report of BJP is not in support whereas CPI-M, Congress announced if legal means are adopted for voting process then BJP will definitely lose the election.

High taxation, privatization of various sectors, termination of contractual employees including low-grade workers as mid-day-meal workers' jobs sacking were done against continuous objection from the opposition and the common men. Each taxation decision was taken not even caring about the common men's acceptation and reaction over such decisions.

All these have left the BJP image with an anti-people image added by Ministers like Ratanlal Nath whose decisions, attitudes towards employees day to day causing damages to the party along with infighting like major problems inside the BJP.
