AGARTALA, Aug 29 (TIWN): Former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar has asked BJP Govt why are they stating that the unemployed youths should not run after the Govt when before the election (Assembly Election-2018), BJP leaders used to run after the unemployed youth for vote banks ? Addressing in DYFI programme, Sarkar took a jibe at the present Govt accusing it for using unemployed youths for vote. “Before election also people of Tripura had paan-shops and cows. What the new in this that you have inventedâ€, said Manik Sarkar. He strongly hit the BJP Govt for cancelling all the ongoing recruitments which were given by the Left Govt, asking the Govt further to recruit them immediately.“You want to make a model state but who will make it without plans for unemployed youths ?â€, said Manik Sarkar.“Govt can never give employment to all but if Govt forgets unemployed youths will anyone form another planet come to give them jobs ? Many unemployed victims are meeting me. They are left helplessâ€, added Sarkar.
Manik Sarkar further appreciated the job-acquired unemployed youths for knocking High court as with certain reliefs, Tripura High Court has recently scrapped ‘Recruitment Cancellation’ of Statistic Dept, orders immediate Appointment of interview-passed candidates. TSR Job aspirants also filed a case in the High Court. Tripura High Court already has issued a notice to State Govt while hearing a petition filed by unemployed teaching job aspirants, regarding the delay of recruitment of 791 B.Ed holder TET Qualifiers.
Due to lack of industrialization Govt job has been major means of resources which has been helped the state to promote markets and also BJP before coming in power promised to give 50000 Govt jobs in the first one year, but the Govt failed to fulfill them. Manik Sarkar also hit the BJP Govt on that ground.
