AGARTALA, Aug 23 (TIWN): Tripura Education Minister Ratanlal Nath on Thursday said if a student can not pass in exams, it is teachers’ failure.

Citing example, the Minister said that after 10 years of study, if a student can not pass in the exam in Test, then it is a failure of teachers who could not prepare him / her to be passed.

“After detaining students, if schools claiming 100% passing rate, it is a fake claim. Fail in exam means the student has lost one year from his life”, the Minister said.

Nath further announced about centralized question-paper sets from class-3 in Tripura schools.
