AGARTALA, May 18 (TIWN): Tripura High Court has ordered the Election Commission to furnish its response by May 21 citing urgency of the case.

West Tripura constituency candidate Shankar Prasad Dutta filed a writ petition with the Tripura High Court demanding re-poll in whole constituency.

The petitioner claimed on massive rigging, EC’s action against 11^th April’s rigging, whereas only 168 booths re-poll was announced.
