AGARTALA, May 4 (TIWN): Terminated 10323 teachers have already lost their jobs, such has been commented by Tripura Education Minister Ratanlal Nath.

Talking to a media, the Minister said that the teachers know it very well that it is the BJP Govt which has solved the problems of teachers by extending their jobs by appealing in the Supreme Court. There jobs are already gone but on our request, Supreme Court of India just has extended their ad-hoc for 2 years.

On Yesterday, 10323 teachers held a protest at the Rabindra Bhawan premise voicing against Education Minister’s insulting remarks against teachers, who said teachers of 10323 are not qualified as teachers and as soon as qualified teachers will be found, the Education dept will remove them.

The agitated teachers told media, “We condemn the ongoing defamation on Chief Minister, but what about our defamation which is done by this Minister day-night ? He has called us incapable and also said, Govt is bound to keep the teachers in job whereas when qualified candidates will come, the 10323 teachers will be removed from the post. We want to ask, after such comment can we face the little children in the school ? Are our certificates Fake ? Our marks can be less but do we carrying duplicate certificates ?”
