Police not lodging FIR on 18 yrs old boy’s alleged murder case : Family members beg justice from Minister Sudip Barman

AGARTALA, Feb 18 (TIWN): On Monday morning locals of Gandhigram rushed to Minister Sudip Barman’s quarter seeking justice for a murder victim.

On September 18, 2018 morning one 18 years boy’s deadbody was found hanging, a day after Biswakarma puja. It was alleged that he was killed and his body was hanged in a tree after killing.

The deceased has been identified as Prasenjit Acharjee (18), S/O-Pradip Acharjee and Bina Acharjee. Prasenjit was missing  from his house at Gandhigram, West Para area since Biswakarma puja evening.

Family members of the victim family alleged that he was in a neighbour’s home on that night and in the next morning the same family informed them that their son was found hanging.

When the body was found it was with blood spots, hanging in a rubber garden at there. Today the family members alleged that first he was beaten, poisoned and then his body was hanged.
