AGARTALA, Dec 6 (TIWN): Tripura Ex-Chief Minister Manik Sarkar on Thursday while addressing at the Babri-Mosque demolition’s 26th year said, “India was already divided by Britishers. They (Britishers) divided our country into India and Pakistan but the British led poison is still instigating communal disharmony under the influence of a section of political organization in various forms. Even though BJP less talks about the direct dividing policy but they are day-night associated with such dividing organization and also share dais with them”.

“After Britishers gone, if we don’t focus on our basic needs and fulfil basic demands of food, home, clothes etc and keep ourselves busy to break Babri mosque, then how India will develop ? How will our dream-nation build ?”, Manik Sarkar said.

“Instead of focusing on RSS, Biswa Hindu Parishad led poisoning, if Prime Minister and leaders of our country do not talk about integrity and development then again our country will be divided”, Sarkar said adding, "RSS is the foundation of BJP's ideology".

Sarkar further suggested PM Modi to restore democracy commenting, “Without secularism, democracy can not exist and without democracy, secularism can’t exist”.
