AGRTALA, Oct 21 (TIWN): Vision Document's major 10 promises are now sidelined by the ruling BJP Govt with excuse of fund crisis due to previous CPI-M Govt's 25 years failure and 1500 crores of debt the CPI-M Govt left for BJP Govt. But while releasing the Vision Document, BJP national and state leaders didn't say that the Vision Document will be fulfilled by State Govt's fund, when state Tripura is 100% Central funded. For 7th Pay Commission also, it was said that with central funding the pay commission will be given, whereas now after 7 months of passage only 0.32 factor was hiked from October, 2018 affect (abolishing all chances of arrears since 2016) saying that due to fund crisis Govt couldn't implement the total 7th Pay Commission. Among 1st page's 10 major promises in the Vision Document Point No-5 assures, "Minimum bhata (social pension) will be Rs. 2000 and the minimum wage will be Rs. 340". After 7th Pay Commission, people now have forgotten about the arrears but from when social pension will be hiked and in which trick pensions to be hiked it has triggered question, followed by BJP Govt led latest "Jumla Commission".

At the same time, state's unemployment went high with 40%, top among all states of India, fixed paid and regular paid employees are frustrated with the latest pay hike by BJP Govt which has been claimed by the Govt as equal to 7th Pay Commission.

There are many promises in the Vision Document whereas in the first page 10 points of promises were highlighted as : 1)One employment opportunity in each household, 2)Free Education for Women Till graduation, 3) 7th Pay Commission for all Govt employees & state pensioners, 4) Free smart phones to youths, 5) Minimum allowance will be Rs. 2000 & Minimum wage will be Rs. 340, 6)Investigate Rose Valley Chit fund case & punish all the guilty, 7) Provide Housing to all without brick housing, 8) Free Health insurance to all BPL Households, 9) Provide drinking water to all households, 10) Regularize contractual govt employees.
