AGARTALA, Oct 8 (TIWN): As announced by BJP MP Subramanian Swamy that Lok Sabha Election will be fought not on the basis of Economy, rather Hindutva and Ram Mandir, for the first time in Tripura Epic(mythological) King Ram was worshiped.

Reports on Hindu Yuva Vahini say, "The Hindu Yuva Vahini is a Hindu youth militia, founded by Yogi Adityanath, intended successor of the Gorakhpur Mutt temple in Gorakhpur, India. The organisation has been involved in communal violence. The group was founded in April 2002, on the day on Rama Navami by Yogi Adityanath".

BJP leader Subal Bhowmik also visited the puja held in front of Rabindra Bhawan, Agartala.

However, except Ram Navami there is no space under Hindu religion for such Puja, but it's observed by BJP backed religious groups in Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat like states mostly. Moreover, Tripura priests hardly practiced such puja earlier but with BJP's rule in the state, various such practices claiming a part of 'Hindu religion' started in full wave.
