AGARTALA, Sep 12 (TIWN): Ruling IPFT which is now in alliance with BJP at Govt clearly said, without getting at least 1 seat for MP election, IPFT will not align with BJP in this upcoming Lok Sabha election.
IPFT leader Mangal Debbarma said, "We talked to BJP National General Secretary Ram Madhab regarding this. But no clear cut answer we received from him yet. If situation goes like this, we will not align with BJP in the upcoming Lok Sabha Election too and in all seats IPFT will give candidates".
Reacting over BJP's filing cases against IPFT, Mangal Debbarma said, "We never expected such circumstances. We we though will be alliance and friendly battle........that's all we wanted. BJP's internal decision we don't know but the outcomes are so violent. We were only giving candidates in few seats, but for that also our supporters are massively beaten, which shows where democracy is standing today".
"BJP will go in it's path we will go in our path. We got a new lesson from the friends. We have received enough lesson from various attacks and tortures and in next time we'll take our steps keeping this lesson in head", Debbarma told media.
