AGARTALA, Sep 8 (TIWN): Tripura’s pathetic employment situation from communist era further deteriorated with sharp rise of unemployment of 9% in August’2018 month, total 28.6% under Biplab Deb’s malfunctioning Govt as CMIE Data exposed BJP’s all JUMLA promises. In six months other than fooling people with FAKE promises and appointing all relatives, friends in plum posts, Biplab’s achievement is ZERO. ‘Where is my job’ question raising eyebrows as Centre For Monitoring Indian Economy Pvt. Ltd. (CMIE) report of August month has increased the unemployment tension in Tripura further. Like last few years Tripura is constantly topping per month in unemployment rate, but whereas in July month it was around 18 %, in August month it has increased more 9 % with thousands of employees are losing jobs, companies are getting closed.

When Chief Minister Biplab Deb has certified Manik Sarkar as a “failed CM”, CMIE report has hit BJP Govt’s image further as before the election ‘house to house jobs’ were promised, now job slashing has hiked 9 % more unemployment rate. After BJP ruled Tripura’s highest 28.6%, Haryana is second in unemployment rate with 22.9 %.This was the report of last 30 days according to CMIE.

Tripura's top-ranking is however continuing from last few financial years. However, the ruling govt has alleged a total collapse of state economy in the last 20-30 years where govt job was kept as the single option for livelihood. In this situation, how far the new govt will be able to invite industrialists and manage foreign investments in state, it’s the most challenging job for the govt.

Moreover, with the increasing graduates years after years the unemployment tolls are raising further, but existing recruitments were cancelled by the Govt.

“Unemployment” sentiment played a crucial role to empower BJP with two crores job promises in Central, whereas Tripura’s 8 lakhs unemployed youths hoped massive job creation after the Govt was change. But question is “Where is My Job ?” A Govt can send pineapples to abroad, but “Where is My Job?”, asking youngsters. “Feni River bridge will make Tripura a business hub from 2020, but where is My Job?”, “BPO to be opened at Atharomura and Dharmanagar…. But where is MyJob ?” Each and everyone is asking for “a job”, but here in Tripura whole existing recruitment process have been cancelled in the name of so called “BhrastacharMukt Tripura”, whereas till which period those interviews will be re-conducted it’s under question. Moreover contractual jobs, jobs under various projects were terminated led massive resentment with Biplab Deb’s flop “Job Fair”.

On the other side, unemployed youths, who were jolted with the sudden cancellation of ongoing recruitment process may knock High Court, various sources said. Not only a section of TCS job aspirants who were striving already in the High Court since the previous Govt’s time will re-knock the High Court but also police job aspirants are thinking to take law’s help to save their recruitment process.
