Allegation raised against TPSC for not videographing viva test in Junior Medical Officer/ General Duty Medical Officer recruitment

AGARTALA, Aug 21 (TIWN): One more allegation has come against TPSC for not following even the new recruitment policy laid by the BJP Govt.Recently, the final result of the Junior Medical Officer/ General Duty Medical Officer, Grade-IV of THS, Group-A Gazetted vide TPSC Advt.No-04/2018 dt.18-06-2018 was announced and there were 409 vacant posts. The total process was completed during newly formed BJP-IPFT government. After forming the newly government, it declared on May 19 that all the viva tests will be videographed for the transparency of recruitment for by the Law Minister Ratan Lal Nath on Aug 3 in a press conference after the Cabinet meeting.However the policy made by the government was not carried out by itself and according to sources viva test held from 17-07-2018 to 10-08-2018 after the ‘Tughlaqi decision’ (video-recording system for viva tests in the job recruitment for government departments to be implemented in case of Group-A & B posts) for the Junior Medical Officer/ General Duty Medical Officer, Grade-IV of THS, Group-A Gazetted was not carried out by the TPSC.

During the entire viva-voce for the post of Junior Medical Officer/ General Duty Medical Officer (Group-A Gazetted) no video graph was done by the TPSC and subsequently TPSC had recommended the name of 288 candidates out of 409 posts.

 Job aspirants raised question, even Government policies are not relevant to their decisions.

The government is declaring different policies through press conference but practically doing the opposite, the angry job aspirants said. They alleged that if now any candidate asks for the video-graph recorded by TPSC during the viva of Junior Medical Officer/ General Duty Medical Officer, Grade-IV of THS, then TPSC will unable to show the same.

Resentments have gripped the job aspirants with the ongoing problems faced by the unemployed youths.
