AGARTALA, June 11 (TIWN): IPFT’s hooligan politics once again exposed the BJP’s unholy alliance with separatist Party which was based on communal ideology against majority population. Biplab Deb led BJP Govt continues to receive unending jolts from its ally IPFT ahead of 2019 Lok Sabha Election. Even after being settled in alliance, IPFT is unable to tolerate a BJP tribal leader as ADC's BAC chairman and as a part of their continuous demand, on Monday main road at Lefunga has been blocked leading mass tension and harassments to the common men and office goers at there, The separatists IPFT activists, who formed a Govt in Tripura in alliance with BJP have demanded the immediate resignation of Lefunga Block Advisory Committee Chairman (BAC) Ranabir Debbarma and to replace him with an IPFT candidate. With that the block was locked by IPFT since few days and no official work was held due to this agitation, but seeing ‘no response’ from the BJP-IPFT Govt IPFT has today blocked road, burnt tires and held protest.Heavy securities have been provided in the area of protest.
However, question raises, when BJP Govt can file cases against all parties and common men for conducting road blockade without permission, why it can’t do anything against IPFT ?
However, no unwanted incident however has been occurred yet and the protests are going in democratic manner, but whether the rally was done with proper permission or not, it’s not sure.
According to IPFT, as IPFT is also in power, so a BJP candidate can not be existed as BAC chairman at least in ADC areas. Thus, on the first day of the week, a critical condition has been created by IPFT Lefunga, leading public agonies.
The IPFT supporters want their candidate Rajendra Debbarma as BAC Chairman for Lefunga block. Tripura BJP-IPFT led State Govt is however totally silent on that issue.
