AGARTALA, April 16 (TIWN): Agitated Nursing students have withdrawn their protests at Tripura University after Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath had assured full support from the Govt to solve their problems.

The nursing students today have shown hour-long demonstration at Tripura University demanding registration number and results. BJP leader cum Ex-VC of Tripura University also met the agitated students.

Recently, the resented students of 'Tripurasundari College of Nursing'  had locked the College gate and sat in protest. In the last year also due to delay in registration number, the students were not allowed to sit in examination by Tripura University but later with state govt's interference, the students were able to sit in the exam, but now this year the students are not able to get their result and marksheets.

Thus after two years, uncertainty have gripped the students leading mass tension led the students sit in protest.
