AGARTALA, April 15 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb has denied Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangha (BMS) as a part of BJP. In a meeting with CPI-M State Secretary Bijan Dhar, Chief Minister Biplab Deb said, "BMS is not our organization. BMS's central committee members will come in Tripura soon and sort out the ongoing problems". CPI-M was alleging the Chief Minister about the ongoing problems faced by CITU due to BMS's unruliness after BJP has come in power. But the BMS which has occupied various CITU offices actually doesn't belong to BJP, said CM.
"It's a totally misconception that BMS is a part of BJP, whereas it's a totally different organization", CM said.
Noteworthy, within one month of Tripura Election result, Transport system has been gripped by Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh's unruliness. Recently they reattacked traffic dept by blocking road at Motorstand after police tried to impose law on them.
Even though like stage-show Transport Minister Pranajit Singha Roy held a press conference warning the auto drivers but he took no attempt to order auto drivers to keep charts of fairs with them, point to point auto fairs etc.
The transport dept after 1 month has totally failed to develop transport service, re-launching TRTC service etc.
Auto drivers on yeaterday came in massive protest at Motostand today after traffic police launched a special drive to control above 3 passengers carrying practices led by the auto drivers.
On March 16, with a strict warning to the auto driver, Tripura Transport Minister Pranajit Singha Roy said, “From today the auto drivers have to follow the High Court’s order. Whatever the fare is, it has to be received by the auto drivers without any arguments”.
But after yesterday’s road blockage Transport Dept has turned a puppet under Sanghs.
