'It was a very peaceful polling, voting percentage goes 92 %' : CEO

AGARTALA, March 13 (TIWN): "The polling in Tripura has been very peaceful", said CEO Sriram Taranikanri to media after the Election was over.
"29750 voters have cast their votes at Charilam and the result will be given on March 15", he said.
"Till now including the postal ballot and Charilam constituency, the voting percentage has gone at 91.5 % across 60 constituencies. Soon, the total will be known", CEO added.
"1703 voters among 6585 service voters have cast their votes. 50,105 voters voted for postal ballots and 8 % were rejected among those", CEO said.
'"80.79 % voting was done at the Charilam constituency'', said Taranikanti.
