OSD (Officer on Special Duty) to Chief Minister is a special post privy to Chief Minister’s confidential communications to various meetings on policy issues. TPS officer Dilip Ray’s TPSC selection itself was an unsolved mystery but this CPI-M family officer enjoyed all perks & privileges in various posts in and around Agartala over a decade. Dilip Ray known as extremely close to Gautam Das and Manik Sarkar, this CPI-M officer’s recruitment in this ultra-sensitive post shocked media and BJP followers. So the question raises how come out of hundreds of TCS, TPS officers Statewide, who influenced Biplab Deb to appoint this CPI-M spy into State Secretariat ?

BJP Govt’s new Chief Minister Biplab Deb possess no prior administrative experience, neither can handle CPI-M’s proxy war as CPI-M will be using their trusted officials penetration into CM’s inner circle.

From a confirmed source, it was found that Manik Sarkar’s close coterie is behind the scene to install this TPS officer into OSD post who is also widely known as CPI-M spokesman Gautam Das’ relative.

If BJP Govt donot take precaution in screening ultra-Communist officials from CPI-M families into these confidential posts, then days are not far when every confidential information will be leaked from Secretariat to benefit CPI-M.
