AGARTALA, July 11 (TIWN): Social media users in Tripura along with whole India are going emotional about MS Dhoni’s speculating retirement. Internet users since yesterday are talking nothing except Cricket. There are arguments developing between Dhoni and Kohli’s fans.

Batting great Sachin Tendulkar has said MS Dhoni should be given the space to go out on his own terms while insisting that the India wicketkeeper-batsman has had a "special" career in limited-overs cricket.

Speculations were rife that MS Dhoni would hang up his boots from international cricket after India's World Cup 2019 campaign, although confirmed that there is no official world on Dhoni retiring from the 50-over format of the game.

Facebook users and Twitterverse also lost its cool on Wednesday after former India captain MS Dhoni seemed to get teary-eyed after getting dismissed in the penultimate over in the semi-final against New Zealand in the ongoing ICC Men's Cricket World Cup.

The wicket-keeper batsman played a knock of 50 runs, but was unable to take his side over the line against the Kiwis. Soon after being run out, Dhoni was visibly distraught, and this did not seem to go well with his fans.

Fans of the ace cricketer, who recently turned 38, took to Twitter to appeal to their idol to keep his chin high while praising his efforts in turning tables in favour of the Men in Blue. 

MS Dhoni was also seen eating / kissing his bat after India lost the match.
